染矽尘大鼠肺脏器系数和肺胶原含量的变化 被引量:19

摘要 目的 探讨染尘大鼠肺脏器系数和肺胶原含量变化 ,以寻找评价不同时期矽肺纤维化更合适指标。方法 采用气管注射染矽尘 (40mg/鼠)方法建立动物模型 ;测定肺脏器系数、胶原含量 ;采用EXCEL作图 ,采用SPSS 8 0数据分析。结果 染矽尘实验动物肺胶原含量在实验第 2 1天前降低 ,实验第2 1天后升高 ;肺脏器系数在实验第 7天就出现升高 ,而且一直持续 ;实验组肺胶原含量和脏器系数在实验第 2 1天呈现分离趋势 ;第 2 1天后出现平行增加趋势。结论 评价肺纤维化肺脏器系数和肺胶原含量各有优缺点 ;矽肺形成第 7天就有肺脏器系数升高 ,并且一直持续 ;肺胶原含量第 2 1天前先降低 ,第 2 Objective By studying the changes of lung/body coefficient and lung collagen in rats exposed to silica dust,try to find out more appropriate index for evaluating the process of silicosis.Methods Animal models were worked out by injecting silica dust solution(40 mg/animal)into the lung of rats through trachea.Lung/body coefficient and lung collagen were measured.Graphs worked out by Excel,and data analyzed by SPSS 8 0.Results Results showed that lung collagen decreased in early three weeks,then increased afterward.Notable increases in lung/body coefficient were found after one week and it sustained.In the early period,the trend showed diversely,but in the later period the trend appeared concurrently.Conclusions There were advantage and disadvantage in evaluating the process of silicosis by using lung/body coefficient and lung collagen.At the very beginning,notable increases of lung/body coefficient were found,but lung collagen decreased at this period,however,later on it increased.
