摘要
目的 :建立了高效液相色谱测定血浆中溴莫普林的分析方法。方法 :色谱条件 :色谱柱 Nova- Pak C18(15 0 m m× 3.9m mI.D.) ;流动相为乙腈 /0 .3% HAC+5 m MSDS(6 3/37) ;检测波长 2 75 nm;流速为 0 .5 ml/min;乙萘酚做内标。结果 :该方法直线回归方程 Y=0 .2 31X- 0 .0 189,相关系数 γ=0 .9991,三浓度水平的血样加标绝对提取回收率为 87~ 98% ,相对提取回收率为97~ 12 0 %。日内、日间变异系数均小于 7% ,最低检测限 0 .15 μg/m l(进样 10 μl)。结论 :该方法准确性好 。
OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method to determinate Brodimoprim in human plasma was described. METHOD:The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm, mobile phase was acetonitrile/0.3%HAC+5mMSDS (63∶37) with a flow rate of 0.5 ml/min; ethyl naphthol was used as the inner standard. RESULTS:Linear equation was Y=0.231X-0.0189, γ=0.9991. The absolute recovery was 87~98%, the relative recovery was 97~120%(RSD was less than 7%). CONCLUSION:This method was simple and accurate.
