摘要
目的 :化学合成 1-去氧 - D-核糖并进行工艺改进。方法 :以 D-核糖为原料 ,经甲基化、硅烷基化、还原裂解、水解反应制得1-去氧 - D-核糖。结果 :化学结构经 1 HNMR、1 3CNMR和 DEPT1 3CNMR确证 ,总收率 72 .5 %。结论 :该方法适合于合成 1-去氧-
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize 1 Deoxy D Ribose by improved method. METHOD: 1 Deoxy D ribose was prepared from D ribose via methylation, silylation, reductive cleavage and hydrolysis by a sequence of four high yield reactions. RESULT: The structure was determined by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and DEPT 13 CNMR. The total yield was 72.5%. CONCLUSION: This method was developed for large scale synthesis.
