CD44v6在涎腺多形性腺瘤及其恶变中表达的研究

目的 研究CD4 4v6在涎腺多形性腺瘤 (PA)及其恶变 (Cain -PA)中的表达 ,旨在探讨涎腺多形性腺瘤的恶变机制。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 2 5例涎腺多形性腺瘤、2 5例涎腺多形性腺瘤恶变CD4 4v6的表达。结果 CD4 4v6在PA及Cain -PA中表达存在统计学显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 涎腺多形性腺瘤呈CD4 4v6强表达 ,恶变后呈弱表达 ,细胞间粘附力减弱 ,从而利于浸润转移。CD4 4v6在Cain -PA的原发灶及转移灶中弱或不表达 ,显示瘤细胞粘附力弱 ,易于脱离肿瘤主体发生转移。

Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 in PA and Ca in-PA.Methods CD44v6 was examined with immunohistochemical methods by monoclonal antibody in 25 PA and 25 Ca in-PA.Two pathologists performed the pathological diagnostic evaluation in hematoxylin/eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining.ResultsNine in 25 cases of PA showed strong staining of CD44v6(),nine local staining().Six out of twenty-five cases of Ca in-PA had no detected expression(-),nineteen showed faint expression(+) and no strong expression in Ca in-PA.Expression of CD44v6 was statistically significant in PA and Ca in-PA(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion CD44v6 is associated with invasive and metastatic potential of tumor cells in PA and Ca in-PA.The low level of expression of CD44v6 indicates the highly metastatic potential.
