计算机Mesh图形头影测量分析在正畸领域的应用 Ⅱ、中国广西人Mesh正常图的建立及其颅面结构的研究

A study on Mesh norms and craniofacial features of Guangxi Chinese.

目的 建立中国广西地区恒牙早期和恒牙期正常牙合男女的Mesh正常图 ,并对其颅颌面结构特征进行研究。方法 拍摄 15 0名中国广西地区正常牙合人的头颅侧位片 ,利用自行研制的计算机化Mesh头影测量分析系统进行分析。结果 广西正常牙合男女的颅颌面结构大体一致 ,但某些局部表现出生长发育的性别差异和特性 ;恒牙早期至恒牙期 ,广西正常牙合人牙弓、牙槽、下颌骨和软组织侧貌结构仍有生长变化。结论 不同牙龄、性别的Mesh正常图亦有不同 ,临床分析应采用与患者相应的正常均值图作为参考。

Objective To create the standard Mesh norm from a Guangxi Chinese population and assess the craniofacial features.Methods The cephalometric radiographs of 150 normal occlusion students from Guangxi were measured using a self-established computerized Mesh analysis system.Results The craniofacial features were similar between sexs,and some regions showed the sexual differences The dental,dentoalveolar,mandibular and soft tissue profile still growed from early permanent dentition to permanent dentition.Conclusion The Mesh norm is different among different sexs and ages,so a corresponding Mesh norm should be selected in the clinical research according to the patient's age and sex.
