透明及齿色固定矫治器的临床应用

The application of the transparent and tooth coloured fixed orthodontic appliance

目的 解决金属固定矫治器有碍美观的问题并介绍一种新型矫治器的使用方法。方法 将透明及齿色固定矫治器应用于临床 ,介绍其使用方法 ;比较三种透明托槽的性能及适应症 ;改进其粘接技术 ;讨论其存在的问题 ;观察其疗效。结果 透明及齿色固定矫治器疗效满意 ,其装置美观、隐秘 ,成人患者易于接受。结论 透明及齿色固定矫治器解决了长期存在的金属矫治器有碍美观的问题 ,此技术易于掌握及推广。

Objective To solve the problem that metal fixed orthodontic appliance is not aesthetic.Methods 36 cases of adult orthodontic patients were selected to be treated with the transparent and tooth coloured fixed orthodontic appliance.The parts of the appliance and the method were introduced.The performances and the indications of three kinds of transparent brackets were compared.The existed problems were discussed.The curative effects were observed.Results The curative effects of the transparent and tooth coloured fixed orthodontic appliance were satisfactory.The parts were aesthetic and concealed.It was easy to be accepted by the adult orthodontic patients.Conclusion The transparent and tooth coloured fixed orthodontic appliance can be widely applied.
