摘要
复鞣剂在革内的渗透分布情况与成革质量关系很大 ,长期以来只能眼看手摸来评价复鞣效果。利用IHA染色法研究了丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂ART在不同部位随复鞣时间变化的渗透情况 ,改变了传统的主观评判方式。研究结果表明 ,由于肉面的胶原纤维编织较疏松 ,而粒面层特别是粒面胶原纤维编织紧密 ,故丙稀酸树脂复鞣剂首先从肉面开始透入 ,而且从肉面透入革内的深度大于从粒面透入的深度 ,同时利用扫描电镜对复鞣后的革样进行了观察 ,结果与光镜一致。研究结果还表明 ,丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂ART -Ⅰ和ART -Ⅱ均具有良好的选择填充作用 ,在腹部填充的多 ,颈部和臀部填充的少。
The penetration depth of the retanning agent inside the leather has a great influence on the quality of the finished leathers. For a long time, the retanning agents have been evaluated by means of visualization and physical touch. By IHA dyeing method, the penetration depth of Retanning Agent ART in the leather has been studied. This mothod may be used to study the penetration depth of the retanning agent in different areas and different retanning time for pigskin with varying types of acrylic resin retanning agents (such as ART-Ⅰ,ART-Ⅱ). The result showed that because of the loose woven structures of the collagen fibres of the reticule layer and the compact grain layer, especially the dense grain collagen fibres, the penetration of acrylic resins started first from the flesh sides with a deeper depth than from the grain layers. In addition, SEM was used to observe the retanned leather samples and the result of the observation are consistent with those from the light microscope.
