摘要
质子化甲壳素富集水中的微量无机离子铬 (Ⅵ ) ,并运用分光光度法进行了测定。铬 (Ⅵ )在酸性介质中以Cr2 O2 -7形式吸附在质子化的甲壳素上 ,探讨了吸附机理和吸脱最佳条件。方法用于水中的微量铬 (Ⅵ )富集测定 ,结果满意。
Collection and elution method for inorganic anion on protonated chitin has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of chromium(Ⅵ). The chromium(Ⅵ) is collected as Cr 2O 2- 7 in a weak acidic medium which is easily eluted with a small volume of 1?mol·L -1 ammonia solution (pH=10). The collection mechanism and optimum conditions have also been studied. The method was used to the determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ) in water with a good result.
