摘要
介绍桔瓣型PET/PA6复合长丝生产基本条件,讨论用于复合的PET和PA6两种原料的特性和应符合的条件,单纤纤度设计和复合比例,纺丝温度的选择,复合纺丝组件使用周期的确定,纺丝卷绕速度的选择及拉伸加弹工艺条件的确定。对复合纤维的剥离处理和织物染色也进行了探讨。
The fundamental conditio ns of PET /PA6separating style composite filament are in-troduced,and then the raw material c haracteristics of PET and PA6,denie r dsign,composite proportion,spinning temperature,winding speed,spinning pack replacement period and DTY process are discussed.As well as the filament separation by alkali or acid treatment and fabric dyeing are involved.
