摘要
介绍了生产硝酸用铂合金催化网材料的技术进展。多元化、节铂、强化是当前铂合金催化材料的发展趋势 ,用高钯、金、钌等代铂 ,引用载铂催化剂等技术取得一定进展。用非铂合金与铂合金催化网配套使用 ,可节铂 5 0 %左右。用Pd、Au、Ru对铂合金进行固溶强化 ,在二元、三元催化网中加RE ,使铂合金催化网的高温强度及抗蠕变性得到很大提高 。
The development of platinum alloy materials for catalyst gauze in nitric acid production is introduced in the paper. The multielement, strengthening and saving platinum consumption are one of the recent development trends in the platinum alloy catalyst materials. Some progress has been made in replacement of platinum with Pd,Au or Ru. Up to 50% of platinum consumption can be saved by the combination of non-platinum and platinum catalyst gauze. A kind of the platinum catalyst gauze with great strength at high temperatures as well as good tensile creeping performances can be obtained by the addition of Pd,Au,Ru or RE.
