摘要
研究了以混合二甲苯为原料 ,采用液相烷基化法合成均三甲苯的新工艺。对反应机理进行了探讨 ,开发了一种经济合理的烷基化工艺 ,并找到了其最佳工艺条件 ,在此条件下反应液中均三甲苯的含量达到 14%左右。该工艺具有原料价廉易得、产品含量较高的特点 ,满足工业化的要求 。
A new technology of synthesis of 1,3,5 trimethylbenzene from xylene has been studied, and the mechanism of alkylation is discussed.Finally,the best technological conditions are found,under which the content of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene in reaction liquid reaches 14% or so.The technology is characterized with cheap raw material and high content of the product in reaction liquid.Therefore,it can meet the requirements of industrial production and is quite promising in the futare.
