摘要
在某石油化工厂超高压反应器中 ,选择工况条件最差的超高压自增强反应管进行了水压试验过程的内壁应变测试和声发射监测。对检测数据进行了分析 ,并结合自增强理论 ,总结出了利用声发射技术和应变测试对该种超高压自增强反应管进行检测与评价的方法。该方法可对这类反应管是否存在活性缺陷以及残余应力的衰减情况作出评价。
A strain test of the internal wall and a monitoring of the acoustic emission was made in a water pressure test for the ultrahigh pressure reinforced reaction tube working under the worst condition in the ultrahigh pressure reactor in a petrochemical plant. The measurement data were analyzed. A way of inspecting and estimating the ultrahigh pressure reaction tube was derived by using the acoustic emission technology and the strain test in combination with reinforced theory. The method can detect if there are active defects in the reaction tube and estimate the attenuation of the residual stress of the reaction tubes.
