摘要
研究了管子与管板胀接的变形规律 ,将复杂的胀接过程分解为几个变形的迭加 ,提出了物理意义更明确 ,应用较为方便的换热器液压胀接残余接触压力的工程图算方法。该方法不仅适用于理想弹塑性材料 ,而且适用于常规的具有硬化趋势的材料。
The deformation law of the expanding joint of the tube and tube sheets was studied by dividing the complex expanding joint procedure into several deformation super positions ,and an engineering graphic estimation was proposed for the residual contact pressure of the hydraulic expanding joint tubes of heat exchangers with more evident physical meaning and convenient application. The method was not only suitable for ideal elastic plastic materials,but suitable for the normal materials with hardness trend.
