总结了淮化 18万t/a合成氨装置NHD脱硫脱碳设计和生产经验。该装置自投产后 ,各项技术经济指标均达到或超过设计水平 ,体现了能耗低、净化度高、设备和流程简单、投资省的优点 。
The design and production experience are summed up of the NHD desulfurization and CO 2 removal process in the 180 000 t/a ammonia unit of Huaihua Plant. Since the unit went onstream, all its techno economic indicators have reached or even surpassed the design level, embodying the advantages of low energy consumption, high degree of purification, simple equipment and process flow, and low investment, giving impetus to the localization of the purification process in large and medium domestic ammonia plants.
