摘要
利用改变造粒喷头孔径、孔数和孔角的方法 ,可以在喷淋造粒装置上制造出比普通方法更大的颗粒尿素产品 ,同时采用添加适量甲醛 ( 0 .2 5 %~ 0 .3 0 %)的方法可以增加这种产品的颗粒强度 ,采用自主开发的波盒式固体冷却器可以使产品在控制下得到冷却 ,采用筛分法可以使产品的粒度完全控制在修订后的国家尿素标准之内。
By changing the hole diameter, number of holes and hole angle of the prilling basket, larger urea prills can be made in the prilling unit than those from conventional methods, an addition of an appropriate quantity of formaldehyde(0.25%~0.30%)can increase the strength of the product prills, the adoption of the self developed corrugated box type solid cooler can cool the product under control, and screening can fully control the product particle size so as to conform with the revised national urea standard.
