摘要
在锌系磷化液中添加多种其它阳离子如钙、锰、镍、镁、铵等研制出一种多元系中温磷化工艺。探讨了磷化液中复合添加剂的作用 ,分析了膜层成分及耐蚀性 ,介绍了磷化液的配置及工艺维护。该工艺使用方便 ,消耗少 ,沉渣少 ,槽液稳定 ,磷化膜中含有锌、钙、锰、镍、镁、铵等成分 ,膜层结晶细密。
A multicomponent system phosphating process at medium temperature was developed by adding cations such as calcium, manganese, nickel, magnesium and ammonium into zinc system phosphating solutions. Components of the obtained phosphate film were analyzed, and corrosion resistance of phosphate film was tested. Functions of composite additive in phosphating solutions were studied, preparation and maintenance of the phosphating solution were described. The obtained phosphate film consists of zinc, calcium, manganese, nickel, magnesium and ammonium. The process has strengths such as easy operation, low consumption, little sediment, high bath stability, fine and compact film, and good corrosion resistance.
