改善玻纤增强阻燃聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯流动性的研究

Study on the Flowability of Glass Fiber Reinforced Flame Retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate Composites

为提高玻纤增强阻燃聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 (PBT)的流动性能 ,在体系中分别加入了不同的增塑剂。结果表明 ,适量加入低粘度PBT、乙烯共聚物A、松香酯A、松香酯B可使体系在保持综合性能较好的前提下 ,流动性能得到不同程度的改善。

To increase flowability of glass fiber reinforced flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT),different plasticizers were added to the system respectively. Results indicate that the addition of right amount of PBT with low viscosity, ethylene copolymer A, rosin ester A and rosin ester B could improve the flowability of the composites to some extent without loss of their good mechanical properties and flame retardancy. Flowability of the composites will also increase with elevated processing temperature.
