The effect of rubber processing aids——Homogernize 501 on the vulcanizate properties,physical properties,dispersity of carbon black and other ingredients of NR/BR/SBR tire crown was investigated.The test results show that the dispersity of carbon black and other ingredients and the abrasion resistance were significantly improved by adding H501 to NR/BR/SBR compound without sacrificing the other properties.It was found through the tread life test that the tire with 2 phr H501 crowned compound possessed better abrasion resistance.
