摘要
从流变曲线、背散射光斑的积分强度、Debye Bueche理论计算的相关距离和电子显微镜对PP PA10 10 ( 90 10 ,体积比 )共混体系的微观形态发展进行了讨论。结果表明 ,这一体系在共混初期 (即 1min以前 )形态有较大变化 ,在共混 1min以后 。
The morphological change of polypropylene/polyamide(PP/PA1010=90/10)in an internal mixer was discussed in terms of rheological curve,integral backscattering light intensity,correlation distance calculated by applying Debye-Bueche theory and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation.It was found that significant changes in morphology occurred during the first one minute of mixing.After that time,the morphology of the blend went into a steady state.
