摘要
研究了控速分解两步转化法生产结晶硫酸钾的工艺,以固体加料取代传统硫酸钾生产的液体加料方式,并通过控制搅拌速率及设计使用新型反应器,实施结晶过程控制,达到了提高产品品质的目的;采用兑卤结晶的母液处理方式,省去强制冷冻过程,节约能耗。
The two-step conversion process for crystallized K2SO4 by controlling rate of decomposion reaction of mirabilite and KC1 was studied in this paper. The controlling of process of crystallization was carried out under the conditions of adding solid materials instead of adding liquid materials in common, adjusting stirring rate and applying new crystallizing equipments, to obtain K2SO4in high quality. The elimination of forced freezing process and save energy were achieved by mixing the mother liquors in certain ratios to crystallize Na2SO4·3K2SO4
