摘要
尼龙-1212、1313和1213为一组新型长碳链尼龙工程塑料。其单体十二碳二酸、十三碳二酸及其相应的二胺皆来自石油直链烷烃的发酵。用上述单体缩聚制得的这组新型尼龙,其密度小、吸水率低,极柔韧且耐低温,电性能也优良。经改性制成不同柔软度的粒料,挤制成管材。结果表明,其质量完全满足汽车刹车管和输油管的要求,与进口尼龙-11和12比较,其柔韧性更优异。
The process for production of new long chain nylon - 1212, nylon - 1313 and nylon - 1213 using dibasic acids from fermentation of liquid wax was presented. The modified long chain nylons and its properties were introduced also. The tubes were manufactrued through extruding and used successfully in vehicle lubricant oil system.
