摘要
在加固混凝土用树脂体系的作用原理与特性要求基础上 ,通过大量实验研究 ,研制出底层树脂体系、找平材料和浸渍树脂体系 ,并改性得到相应的低温用环氧固化剂。性能测试表明 ,所合成的三种环氧树脂体系在加固修复工艺性和粘结性能等方面均满足使用要求。
In many countries the existing concrete structures were built at the absence of national standard and with lack of quality assurance,poor quality construction and inadequate reinforcements,etc.Therefore,upgrading these structures for flexure and shear propertes or both became essential.In this study the primer,putty,saturating resins were developed from three types of epoxy resin systems,and the low temperature curing agent was also synthesized.Property test proved that these three epoxy systems had good execution and cohesive performance.The united behavior of these three systems satisfied the national standard.
