摘要
本文介绍一种能对八道心脏信号:左心室、左心室压微分、心电、心肌收缩力、心肌收缩力微分、升主动脉压、外周血压、平均心输出量,进行采集和处理的APPle-Ⅱ微机自动采集处理系统。其主要功能有:各通道信号定标、数据采样、数字滤波、多道示波器监视、数据自动处理等,处理程序全部用6502汇编语言编写,主控程序用BASIC语言编写。本文介绍作者用APPle-Ⅱ微机建立的八道心脏信号自动处理系统的结构、软件、检验结果及操作过程。
An 8-channel samling and process-ing system including hard and soft-wares with Apple--Ⅱ microcomputerfor cardiac signal is described. Themain processing is programmed byusing 6502--assemble language in co-ordination with the master contolprogram using B ASIC to realizethe function of this system. Theprimary functions of this system in-clude: signal calibration. data sampl-ing. digital filtration.displayand monitoring. automatic process-ing of data. printing the diagramand results for each channel andwave changing. The hardware con-sists of measuring electrodes andsensors. amplifiers. differentiators.amplifier-isolaters. recorders、A-Dcard and Apple-11 microcomputer.In animal experiments, this systemhad been used to sample and processthe following cardiac singals: leftventrical pressure and its firstderivative. electrocardiogram、heartconstrictive force and its firstderivative、ascending aortic pressure、peripheral blood pressure and car-diac output. Some of the values ofthe paramters (heart rate. left ven-tricular peak systolic pressure.left ventricular ejection time. leftventricular constrictive force atnegative first derivative of constric-tive force and left ventricular con-strictive force at the onset of ejec-tion) had been compared with thoseabtained manually, and no differen-ce was found between the two. Theresults showed that this system hashigh precision and is time saving andeasily operated, This system is ofgreat value in medicine. It can beused to sample and process the elec-trical signal, mechanical signal andpressure singal generated during thecardiac cycle on the electrocardio-gram.
