用均匀设计方法进行过氧化氢卷发定型液的研制

Study of the Neutralizer of Hydrogen Peroxide for Permanent Hair Waving by the Use of Uniform Design Optimization

采用《均匀设计与调优软件》对定型液配方进行了优化。实验结果表明 ,用该软件可很快找到最佳配方。经优化所得过氧化氢定型液配方稳定性较好 ,卷发结果表明卷发直径、长度均较小 ,不产生使头发变黄现象 ,而且对皮肤无刺激作用。甘油可有效地增加溶液中各组分的溶解度 。

The Uniform Design and Optimization Software was used for the design of the experimental Plans.The result shows that with the help of the software of Uniform Design,the optimized formula can be obtained quickly.The more the data is in the design of the first time,the quicker the optimization point could be found.If the deference between the data of forecasted and that of measured in a system,notable improved result would not be obtained in further optimization.The stability of the formula of the hydrogen peroxide obtained by optimization is good.The waving result shows that the diameter and the length of the hair treated with it were samll,and the blanching to the hair and the irrltation to the skin were not observed.The increase of the solubility of the components in the solution and the avoidance of the deposition could be carried out by the use of glycerin.
