芦荟保湿性能的研究

Study on Moisture Retention of Aloe

用测量失水率方法评价芦荟保湿性。实验表明 ,芦荟具有较好的保湿性。芦荟原汁的最佳保湿浓度为40 %～ 6 0 %。芦荟保湿性随其复配体系的不同而不同。在乳化体系中 ,其最佳保湿浓度为 40 %～ 5 0 % ,其保湿性优于透明质酸及 5 %甘油 ,在相对较干燥环境 (RH =43 3 % )下 ,其保湿性甚至优于 10 %甘油 ;在水基体系中 ,其最佳保湿浓度为 40 %～ 6 0 % ,其保湿性与透明质酸相当 ,虽不及甘油 。

Moisture retention of aloe was studied by using the method of measuring the ratio of water lose for sample. It was proved that aloe is of good moisture retintion. The best concentration of aloe jujce from moisture retention is 40 %～60 %( w /%).The moisture retention of aloe varies with its formulation system.In emulsion system, the best concentration of moisture retention is 40 %～50 %,under which,aloe moisture retention is better than 5 % glycerine.Under relative dry condition (RH=43.3 %),aloe moisture retention is even better than 10 % glycerine. In water base(gel) system,the best concentration is 40 %～60 %,under which,aloe moisture retention is very close to glycerine,and is corresponding to hyaluronic acid.
