春大豆空间诱变性状变异研究初报

Preliminary Study on Character Variation of Spring Soybean Carried by Airship

对“神州 1号”飞船搭载的 3个春大豆品种 (“赣豆 4号”、“93 -3 9”和“93 -81”)进行了室内发芽和田间试验 ,结果表明 :与未搭载的相同品种相比 ,搭载后种子发芽势增强了 3 0～ 40个百分点 ,SP1 代全生育期缩短了 2～ 3d ,株高下降了 7.7～ 9.9cm ,单株总荚数有的增加 ( 4.0～ 1 0 .8荚 ) ,也有的下降 ( 3 .2荚 ) ;SP2 代的全生育期、株高和单株总荚数变异均较大。

Three spring soybean varieties ('Gandou 4','93-39' and '93-81') which had been carried by airship 'Shenzhou 1' for space mutation were tested in the laboratory and field,the results showed that in comparison with the same variety which had not been carried by airship,the germinating viability of recovered seeds was increased by 30～40 per cent,and in SP\-1 generation,the total growth and developmental duration was shortened by 2～3 days,the plant height was decreased by 7.7～9.9cm,the total pods per plant was increased by 4.0～10.8 pods or decreased by 3.2 pods; the total growth and developmental duration,plant height and total pods per plant in SP\-2 generation appeared great variation.\;
