在体外实验观察低分子右旋糖酐(DX40),甘露醇,丹参注射液和藻酸双酯钠对红细胞悬浮液触变特性的影响,结果表明随着药物浓度增加DX40、甘露醇和藻酸双酯钠都能使η_s增高。DX40使τ_o、(η_s--μ)增高,而甘露醇使τ_o和(η_s--μ)降低,而丹参和藻酸双酯钠对μ,(η_s--μ)和τ_o均无显著影响。甘露醇和丹参似能降低A值,丹参似能使ARC值提高。本文讨论了这些结果的意义。联系临床资料,认为这四种药物都有助于改善血液触变特性,进而有利于治疗缺血性脑血管病。
The effects of Dextran 40 (DX40),mannitol,salvia miltiorrhiza andpolysaccharide sulphate (PSS) on thethixotropic properties of red bloodcell suspensions in vitro has beenstudied. The results demonstrated thatwhen the concentration of the drugsincreased, DX40, mannitol and PSScould elevate η_s. DX40 increased thevalues of τ_o and (η_s--μ), but mannitoldecreased the two values. However,saliva miltiorrhiza and PSS did notinfluence μ, (η_s--μ) and τ_o. Mannitoland salvia miltiorrhiza tended todecrease A value, but salvia miltior-rhiza injection possibly increased thevalue of ARC. The communicationdiscussed the significance of the re-sults. The study showed that the fourkinds of drug could improve thethixotropic properties of whole bloodand thus they could be used totreat ischemic cerebral vascular dis-eases.
