摘要
本文提出并研究了一种新型的电磁热疗系统-H面号角环形相控阵系统。推导出了适应性广的理论公式。以肺部CT图为模型,用矩量法计算得到了胸腔横断面内电场分布及吸收功率分布的计算机数值结果。结果表明,在200MHz的电磁波辐射下,适当调节阵列各单元的相位,振幅和位置,肺部肿瘤可得到优化的选择性加热,从而达到最佳的热疗效果。
This paper discussed a new typeof annular phased array system--H-horn APA. The phase and amplitudecontrol of power deposition patternsfor this system were theoreticallyanalyzed at a frequency of 200 MHzusing moment methods. The formulasof calculating E field and SAR forthis AAP system were derived, andcan be applied to the other types ofAPA systems. Models on computeriz-ed tomography (CT)scans from lungregions have been used for predictingoptimization of E field and SARpatterns in the case of the relativephase and amplitude changes. It isshown that the techniques of thephase and amplitude control of SARpatterns result in more selectivelyand effectively heating of tumorssituated eccentridally and deeplywithin bodies of patients. The APA hyperthermia system described in thispaper shows its great promise, andlooks very useful for developingclinical applications.
