摘要
本文通过高速摄影机拍摄体外冲击波碎石机对模拟介质(水和明胶)中人体结石的破碎过程,分析了不同性质结石的破碎特点以及碎石过程中结石周围压力波的传播对周围介质的影响,并对临床治疗中所出现的并发症进行了一定的分析。这不仅是进行深入研究的实验基础,而且也为临床诊治提供参考依据。
A high-speed movie camera wasused to visualize the processes thathuman-body calculi fragmented by theex tracorporeal shock-wave lithotriper(ESWL). Fragmental characteristicsof different calculi, and the influenceof propagation of pressures wavearound calculi on the roundingmedium have been analysed. Theanalyses of complications that appearin clinical treatment have been madein certain degrees. It is not only theexperimental bases for further studies,but also the reference bases forclinical diagnosis and treatment.
