摘要
报道了磁性超导体RESr2 RuCu2 O8(RE =Gd和Eu)单相样品的合成以及对其结构和物性的研究。结果表明 ,这类化合物的结构和YBa2 Cu3 O7-δ相类似 ;在这两类化合物中 ,超导电性与弱铁磁有序共存 ;两样品铁磁相变温度TM 分别为 136 ,130K ,超导临界温度TC 分别为 46 ,35K ;由于Gd3 +和Eu3 +离子磁矩的不同 。
The single phase magnetic superconductors RESr 2RuCu 2O 8 (RE=Gd and Eu) were successfully synthesized and the investigations on their physical properties were carried out. It is found that the structure of the compounds is similar to that of YBa 2Cu 3O 7 and the superconductivity coexists with weak ferromagnetic order in both compounds. The compounds exhibit magnetic order below T M=130 and 136 K and superconducting below T C (onset)=35 and 46 K, respectively, for RE=Eu and Gd samples. There is slight difference in the magnetic properties between RE=Eu and Gd compounds due to the various magnetic moments for Gd 3+ and Eu 3+ ions.
