摘要
通过扫描电镜观察成年兔及猴的正常输卵管及经硅橡胶堵塞6~20月后输卵管的粘膜表面形态,同时检查硅橡胶在输卵管内的凝聚及长期堵留的效果。同一只兔或猴输卵管正常侧粘膜游离面与堵塞侧相比:正常侧粘膜皱襞饱满,纤毛细胞与分泌细胞相间,纤毛细长、挺拔或密集成束,分泌细胞顶端向外突出呈园形,表面的微绒毛大小不一,不均分布;长期堵塞侧粘膜由于与硅橡胶直接接触,皱襞变扁,纤毛有的变短,有的倒伏,分泌细胞顶端扁平,形状由园形变为多角形或连成一片,细胞界限或分泌相不清楚。表明硅橡胶长期堵塞兔及猴输卵管,对粘膜表面形态仅产生轻度影响,未见粘膜坏死或脱落等严重损伤。
The surface morphology of normal oviductal mucosa and that 6-20 months after sili-
cone rubber occlusion in rabbit and monkey was studied by scanning electron microscopy.
The mucosal folds of the oviduct were plump and the cilia exhibited the appearence of
being dense, tall and straight. Among the ciliated cells, the secretory cells in various se-
cretory phascs could be noted, their dome-shaped surfaces consisting of various shapes and
microvilli of irregular size.
The mucosal folds were flattened in the oviduct occluded by silicone rubber, the chan-
ges of surface morphology of ciliated and secretory cells depending on its position. The
cilia in folds directly contacting the silicone rubber revealed jumbles, some of them lying
downwards, and some being shorter than normal. It was also noted that the tops of the
secretory cells changed from dome-shapeed to flat, polygonal or linked up as plates, the
boundary and the secretory phase of the cells being undistinguishable, but the borders of
the folds being almost the same as those in normal ones.
