摘要 侵入蜕膜组织的绒毛外滋养层细胞在HE染色标本上不易辨认。我们用免疫组织化学,ABC法,过氧化物-抗过氧化物酶标记蜕膜组织中的hCG与hPL阳性细胞。结果证明,子宫内膜中只要有一个绒毛外滋养层细胞存在就能被显示出来。这对提高妊娠诊断,防止残留滋养层细胞的增生与恶性病变很有意义。我们在蜕膜组织中还发现3类胎盘激素阳性细胞:hCG阳性细胞,hPL阳性细胞及hCG与hPL均为阳性的细胞。这一发现,证明了蜕膜有内分泌功能。 The immunohistochemical identification of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and of human placental lactogen in the decidual tissue of human pregnancy was studied. There were four kinds of placental hormone positive cells in the decidual tissue: 1. The shape of the extravillous cell was similar to that of the big cell in the decidual tis- sue or smooth muscle cell by HE stain. It is easy to distinguish the extravillous tropho- blasts or other cells by the immunohistochemical technique. 2. hCG positive cells. These cells were all the same as big decidual cells morphologically. They were thought to originate from endometrial stroma cells. 3. hPL positive cells. These cells looked like the small decidual cells. Their rise was not known for certain. 4. hCG and hPL positive cells. They resembled either big decidual cells or small cells. Their rise was not understood either. In the study, the authors have found that the decidual cells are able to secrete hCG and hPL.
