还精煎治疗免疫性不育的临床研究

Use of “Huan Jing Jian” in the Treatment of Infertility Due to Immunological Causes.

本研究使用纯中药制剂还精煎口服液,辅以小量强的松,治疗血清中存在抗精子抗体的男女不育者258例,结果显示抗精子抗体消失率95%。其中单纯性免疫不育夫妇60对,治疗后受孕率65%。证实还精煎是一种疗效显著、疗程短、无明显副反应、抗精子抗体消失率及受孕率高的调节机体免疫功能的药物。

“Huan Jing Jlan”,a liquid concoctlon prepared from herbal medicine,was used In the treatment of 25p mak andkmale cases of sterlllty In whom antlspermatozoa antibodies were present In the serum.After therapy the antlspcrm ant]bodies disappeared In 95%of the cases。and In the 60 couples with positive antibodics as the sole causal factor of sterl- llty,the fcrtlllzatlon rate was 65%.The course of treatment was short and there was no side effects.
