摘要
采用共沉淀法合成了一系列不同 Zn/Cr摩尔投料比的碳酸根型水滑石。用 X-衍射、红外光谱、差热、热重、分光光度等方法对其组成和结构进行了研究。结果表明 Zn/Cr摩尔投料比为 2和 3时都能形成结晶度好、纯度高的水滑石。其它摩尔投料比产物中都不同程度的含有一些杂质。所有水滑石均有两个吸热失重热分解过程。产物中总的 Zn/Cr摩尔比和摩尔投料比。
A series of carbonate pillared Zn/Cr hydrotalcites with different adding Zn/Cr molar ratios were synthesized by coprecipitation. XRD, IR, DTA, TG and spectrophotometric analysis were used in the research of the composition and structure of the products. The results showed that the hydrotalcites with Zn/Cr molar ratios of 2 and 3 have the nice crystal form and high purity and there are more or less impurities in the others. There are two endothermic and lossing weight stages in all of the decomposition of the hydrotalcite like compounds. In the products, the total Zn/Cr molar ratios are connected with the adding Zn/Cr molar ratios in the synthesis and the purity of the products.
