带铜宫内节育器致人子宫内膜出血时ACP和AKP细胞化学定量研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用超微细胞化学方法,对放置TCu220c IUD前后月经正常和放器后月经过多子宫内膜各14例,在增生晚期和分泌晚期分别作ACP及AKP细胞化学观察;并对电镜照片进行电子计算机图象处理,作酶活性定量比较。结果提示,以ACP为标志的溶酶体酶活性增加在TCu220cIUD所致月经过多中起作用;AKP与TCu220c IUD所致月经过多似无明显相关。 There were three groups of endometrial specimens in our study:pre-insertion group,po-st-insertion normal menstruation group and post-insertion hypermenorrhea group.In eachgroup,there were 7 specimens taken at late proliferative phase and late secretory phase re-spectively.For each specimen,we observed the distribution and periodic changes of theactivities of ACP and AKP by cytochemical method,Quantitative comparisons of ACP andAKP activity were undertaken.Our investigation suggests that lysosome enzymes play arole in TCuIUD-induced hypermenorrhea and that AKP activity is not obviously related toTCuIUD-induced hypermenorrhea.Computerized image analysis to the pictures of the cyto-chemistry was discussed.
