摘要
为探索鸡传染性喉气管炎的分子诊断技术,本研究根据病原体的基因结构设计一对引物,而后用PCR方法从鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒的培养物中和临床可疑病鸡体内成功地扩增到1.4kb的DNA条带,分子量大小与预期结果一致。研究表明,用PCR方法诊断鸡传染性喉气管炎快速特异,可用于该病的确诊。
In order to investigate the diagnostic technique of chicken infectious laryngotracheitis, one pair of primers were designed for PCR amplification based on the gene structure of infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV). A fragment of 1.4kb DNA was received from the virus culture and the clinical samples, it was agreement with the expected result. The study suggests that the PCR technique is rapid, specific and can be used for the diagnosis of chicken infectious laryngotracheitis.
