重油催化裂化助剂开发进展及工业应用

Advances of additives for heavy oil FCC and their applications

针对重油或渣油催化裂化过程中所涉及的金属钝化剂和塔底油裂解助剂进行了讨论 ,其中金属钝化剂包括钝镍剂、钝钒剂及多功能钝化剂。指出能有效钝化原料中的Ni,Fe ,Na ,V等多种金属的多功能稀土钝化剂将是今后的重要发展方向 ;裂解助剂在裂化重油中大分子化合物的同时 ,也应具有较好的Ni,V ,S。

Two kinds of additives for heavy oil or residue fluid catalytic cracking process including metal passivating agent (nickel, vanadium and multifunctional metal) and bottom cracking additive are discussed. It is put forward:(1)a multifunctional rare earth passivator which can passivate many matels including Ni, Fe, Na, V in feedstock will be a development direction for the future; (2)a bottom cracking additive has catching function for Ni, V, S and N as well as cracking big molecule compounds in feedstock.
