摘要
分别对苯与丙烯烷基化合成异丙苯的固定床和悬浮床精馏塔进行了模拟计算。结果表明 ,采用这两种催化精馏塔 ,均能在一个塔内同时实现烷基化与烷基转移反应。
For synthesis of cumene used benzene with propylene a fixed-bed catalytic distillation column and a suspension catalytic distillation column is respectively simulated. The results showed it was advisable that alkylation and transalkylation are carried out simultaneously in a distillation column. It is pointed out that suspension catalytic distillation technology is very attractive for its unique advantages.
