摘要 针对新疆吐哈油田三塘湖区块油藏低压、低渗的地质特点 ,确定水平段采用泡沫钻井液钻进以有效地保护油气层 ,最大限度地控制和减少对油层的侵害。合理利用配套的水平井钻井技术和泡沫欠平衡钻井工艺 ,应用MWD无线随钻测斜仪、DST有线随钻测斜仪 ,结合旁通接头同步下钻的测斜方法 ,监测井眼轨迹 ,优化钻井方案 ,安全优质地完成了牛 10 2井的各项施工任务 ,为今后进行同类钻井施工摸索出了一定的成功经验。 In accordance with such geological conditions as low reservoir pressure and low permeability in Santanghu Block of Tuha Oilfield in Xinjiang, foam drilling fluid was selected in drilling the horizontal section of well Niu-102, to minimize formation damage and reserve oil and gas reservoir. Horizontal well drilling technologies, and under-balanced drilling technologies with foam drilling fluid were applied, and well trajectory was monitored and controlled with the help of wireless MWD inclinometer and DST tool run through the side-entry sub. The drilling operation was safely and smoothly carried out, and some valuable experience was obtained in drilling this well.
