摘要
从分析抽油系统的功率消耗入手 ,把抽油系统的能量输入构成分解为电机输入电能和气体膨胀功 ,能量消耗构成分解为有用功、抽油机损耗功、粘滞损耗功和滑动摩擦损耗功 ,摸索出了一种实用的抽油系统效率计算方法。提出并实践了提高系统效率的途径和方法 :利用功率计算公式 ,计算各种抽油参数组合下的系统效率 ,并以系统效率较高、收益较好为目标 ,采取“多中择优”的参数组合设计方法选取一套抽油参数 ,达到抽油系统设备配置和参数选择的优化设计目的。现场应用表明 ,该技术能够较大幅度地提高系统效率 ,经济效益显著。
Beginning from the power consume of oil pumping system, the import energy could divide into electrical energy and gas expend energy while the consume energy could divide into availability energy and consume energy of well pumping unit, of viscidity sluggish and of glide friction. Basic on this, a realism calculation method of oil pumping system efficiency was fished out. Using the calculation formula of energy, the system efficiency which each parameter takes part in was calculated. With the object of higher system efficiency and better income and the principle of selecting merit from the whole, a series oil pumping parameters were selected, which could implement the aim to optimize design of parameter selection. This technology can improve system efficiency great scope.
