摘要
本文论述了维生素C的晶体结构、结晶热力学与动力学测定及冷却结晶工艺开发的研究结果 。
The paper introduces the results of the analysis of crystal structure,the determination of crystallization thermodynamic and kinetic data and the development of the cooling crystallization technology of vitamin C.Research progress in the simulation and control of cooling crystallization of vitamin C is also presented.
