摘要
研究了苯甲酸液相空气催化氧化合成苯酚在 2L不锈钢反应器中进行的反应 ,考察了反应规律。通过单因子实验得最佳工艺条件为 :反应温度 2 30℃ ,空气流量 4 .5l/min ,搅拌转速 6 0 0r/min,催化剂质量分数 4 % (Cu) ,助催化剂质量分数 2 % (MA)。通过均匀实验设计 ,建立了苯酚产率与相关实验条件在实验条件范围内的回归方程 :Y =4 7.1 5 -0 .91 5X1-0 .5 7X2 + 2 .895X3 ;重复实验收率达到80 % (摩尔分数 )。苯酚选择性达到 90 % (摩尔分数 )以上 ,达到了工业化中试应用的要求。
In this paper,the liquid phase catalytic oxidation of benzoic acid to phenol in a 2?L stainless steel reactor was studied.The law of the reaction and the process optimizaion were the heart of the research.The optimum process conditions were found by single factor experimernts. The optimum reaction temperature was 230℃,flow of air 4.5?l/min,stirring velocity 600 r/min,amout of catalyst 4% and cocatalyst 2%.A regression equation that expressed the relation between the phenol yield and some reaction conditions of the semi continuous expreiment under the experimental conditions was given by unifoum test design.The equation is Y=47.15-0.915X 1-0.57X 2+ 2.895X 3 . The maximum yield of the reaction was 80%(x).The selectivity of phenol was 90%(x).
