摘要
挥发性有机物 (VolatileOrganicCompounds,VOCs)是仅次于颗粒污染物的第二大大气污染物 ,对环境和人类健康造成了极大的危害。本文介绍了真空薄膜蒸发和分子蒸发的原理、特点和应用 ,并介绍了真空薄膜蒸发 -冷凝工艺在分离HDI缩二脲中游离单体中的应用。最后并提出了挥发性有机物污染控制的途径。
VOCs are the poisonous pollutes second to the particle in the air. The characters and applications of vacuum film evaporation and molecular evaporation are outlined, and an XZN inner-cooling vacuum agitated film evaporator was used to reduce free monomer from HDI biuret, which is for improving the quality of polyurethane paints and coatings, decreasing pollution and danger to worker. Besides, The new direction of the treatment and control of VOCs are also proposed.
