摘要
青岛石油化工厂 1Mt/aROCC VA型重油催化裂化装置采用洛阳石油化工工程公司开发的专利技术。该装置为三器 (反应沉降器和两个再生器 )同轴叠置 ,沉降器顶标高降低了约 15m ;采用了大剂油比和短反应时间操作 ;采用了干气预提升、高效雾化喷嘴、注终止剂、提升管出口设粗旋风分离器、粗旋风分离器料腿设汽提段等先进技术。该装置自 2 0 0 0年 7月 2 5日正式投入运行一年多来 ,运行平稳 ,主要技术经济指标达到或优于设计值 ,具有原料适应性强、渣油掺炼率高、产品分布好、操作弹性大、催化剂流化质量高、抗事故能力强和消耗较低等优点。运行中发现油浆蒸汽发生器泄漏和主风机性能达不到设计要求等问题 。
The 1 000 000 t/yr ROCC VA RFCCU with LPEC patent technique in Qingdao Petrochemical Plant is a coaxial stacked unit of one settler and two regenerators.Thus the elevation of the settler decreased by 15m.By taking measures such as great catalyst/oil ratio and short reaction time,dry gas prelifting,high efficiency atomizing nozzle,injecting quench agent,setting primary cyclone separator at the outlet of the riser and setting a stripping zone in the dipleg of the separator,smooth running has been realized since its startup.It has advantages of strong adaptability to feedstocks,high blending ratio of residue,good product slate,great operation flexibility,high quality fluidization of catalyst,strong resistance to failure and low consumption.Problems to be solved are leaking in slurry steam generator and deficient in performance of the main blower.
