介绍了国外工程项目实施的的主要方式与特点 ,项目管理与控制的基本技术 ,以及国际型工程公司在项目管理与控制方面应具备的基本条件。分析了国内工程公司在项目管理方面的现状和与国外工程公司的差距 。

The modes and characteristics of foreign projects,basic techniques and fundamental conditions necessary to international engineering corporations for project management and control,were introduced.The status quo of project management in domestic engineering corporations and distinctions from foreign engineering corporations were analyzed.Suggestions for enhancing the level of project management in domestic were also put forward.
