摘要
利用稀土磷酸酯盐和三异丁基铝组成的催化剂催化CO2 和环氧氯丙烷的共聚反应 ,合成脂肪族聚碳酸酯。利用红外光谱和热重分析对催化剂及共聚物进行了表征。同时考察了催化剂的制备方法、稀土元素种类、催化剂用量对共聚反应催化活性及产物相对分子质量的影响。
The catalytic system composed of rare earth phosphonate and triisobutylaluminum was used to catalyze the copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epichlorohydrin.The new novel polymer was synthesized.The catalyst and copolymer were characterized by IR and TG.Also,effects of preparation method of catalyst system, kind of rare earth,dosage of catalyst on catalytic activity of copolymerization and molecular weight of product were investigated.
