摘要
研究了用催化精馏工艺由环氧丙烷和甲醇合成 2 -羟丙基甲醚的方法 ,建立了动力学模型。通过AspenPlus对体系物性数据进行模拟估算。并通过过程模拟和试验对催化精馏塔的工艺条件进行研究 ,讨论了不同操作压力下单位催化剂的最大处理量、进料醇烷摩尔比、回流量与进料关键组份流量比对选择性的影响 ,确定了催化精馏塔的工艺操作条件。
The production of 1 methoxy 2 propanol by catalytic reaction in a rectification column was studied.The kinetics for 1 methoxy 2 propanol in the presence of the catalyst UL301 were determined experimentally in a batch reactor,with the property data estimated by Aspen Plus. The paper presents results of computer simulations of synthesis of 1 methoxy 2 propanol in a catalytic distil lation column,and gives optimum operating conditions.It discusses the catalytic capability under different reaction operating pressure and studies the effect of reactant ratio on catalyst selectivity.The values of reflux ratio,pressure and a series of operating parameters were determined by experiments.
