摘要
通过Ba调变制备了一系列六铝酸盐催化剂LaxBa1-xNiAl11O19-δ,并通过XRD、XPS、TPR、TEM、BET和TGA等技术对催化剂的结构、性质和对甲烷二氧化碳重整制合成气反应的催化性能以及催化剂表面积炭情况进行了表征。结果表明 ,Ba调变后六铝酸盐的微观结构有所变化 ,但Ba调变对催化剂的性质和催化性能均无明显影响 ,该系列六铝酸盐都具有较好的催化活性以及较高的抗烧结和抗积炭性能 。
A series of Ba-modified hexaaluminate La xBa 1-x NiAl 11 O 19-δ catalysts were prepared,and its structures,properties,catalytic activities for CO 2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas and the carbon deposition on the catalyst surface were characterized by XRD,XPS,TPR,TEM,BET and TGA techniques,respectively.The experimental results showed that the crystal structures were different due to the amount (x value) of modifier Ba in hexaaluminate lattices,Ba-modified hexaaluminates La xBa 1-x NiAl 11 O 19-δ were made up of magnetoplumbite-type and β-Al 2O 3 structure,and its properties and catalytic activities were mainly determined by the substitutent Ni in the hexaaluminate lattices,and affected hardly by the modifier Ba. The series of hexaaluminate La xBa 1-x NiAl 11 O 19-δ catalysts exhibited significant catalytic activity and high resistance to sintering and carbon deposition.
