In this paper,the commercial application of B119 shift catalyst studied and made by the research institute of Nanjing Chemical Group used in the 400 # shift unit of methanol plant of the Second Chemical Fertilizer of Qilu Petrochemical Industrial Company was introduced.The result shows that properties of the catalyst,such as strength and activity can meet the requirements of industrial production.The B119 catalyst can totally replace the imported G-3 catalyst for the commercial industrial application in large sized shift plant.
