摘要
由于醛冻胶的成冻pH值较低 (pH值 <3) ,因此可将其用于地层酸化 ,以解决酸化过程中的缓速与出砂问题。本文讨论了醛冻胶在油井酸化中的使用工艺及作用机理 ,同时通过室内溶蚀率测定及冲砂试验 ,评价了其缓速及防砂效果。结果表明 :醛冻胶具有岩心溶蚀率低、固砂强度高、地层伤害低等优势 。
Aldehyde gel is applied to acidize formation to solve retarding reaction velocity and sand controlling as a result of its low gelation pH value(pH<3).In this paper,the application technology and effect mechanism of aldehyde gel are discussed and the effects of retarding reaction velocity and sand controlling are evaluated by measuring corrosion rate and sand washing experiment in the laboratory.The results show that aldehyde gel has advantages such as low core corrosion rate,high consolidation strength and low formation injury etc..It can achieve the goals of retarding reaction velocity and sand controlling simultaneously.
